Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience (transportation or service industry preferred)

Regional Operations Managers

Role Overview:
Regional Operations Managers oversee SWC service quality, detailer partnerships, and operational growth within their region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and onboard local detailers
- Ensure service standards and compliance
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics
- Support fleet client relationships
- Resolve service issues and quality control
Requirements:
- Operations or logistics management experience
- Knowledge of trucking, fleet services, or mobile services
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within assigned region
Experienced Mobile Detailers (Independent Contractors)
Bring Your Own Vehicle & Equipment
Role Overview:
SWC is seeking experienced mobile semi-truck detailers to service fleet accounts and owner-operators.
Responsibilities:
- Exterior tractor & trailer washing
- Trailer washouts (where applicable)
- Maintain professional appearance and service quality
- Communicate job completion and issues
Requirements:
- Proven semi-truck or heavy equipment detailing experience
- Own truck/van, pressure washer, water tank, and equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to service fleets reliably and professionally
